Interim Finance Director - West London YMCA -  Arriving at a difficult time for the organisation (faced with a cut in it's Supporting People Grant) I helped to stabilise the organisation enabling it to focus on it's reorganisation. I was also instrumental in solving a number of long standing staffing issues that existed.

Interim Finance Director King - Street Housing Society  - Took control of all financial aspects of the organization which was in a poor state. Ensured that the financial reporting systems were robust and introduced a long term financial control system. Introduced rent restructuring (which had not been implemented!)Converted accounts to Component Accounting.

Cost Value Consultant - Lakehouse Ltd - Helped Lakehouse recover over £300,000 of income from a Local Authority client.

Value for Money Consultant/ Interim Client Unit Manager - Rebridge Homes       Lead on all aspects of Value For Money from general operations to procurement. Created VFM strategy, procurement strategy, and tendering and procurement guidelines. Role extended to take on the role of Interim Client Manager.Major Achievement: Saved £130,000 per annum on Repairs Contract Costs

Service Charge Consultant  - Town and Country Housing Trust - Led project to introduce Service Charges at TCHG. Consulted with Tenants groups, Setting the Charges, Reported to Board, Legal Aspects (Powers in the Tenancy Agreement etc). .
