I've just finshed a year long assignment as Interim Finance Director at Croydon Churches Housing Association. I am now working as a consultant with Eldon Housing Association on a part-time basis. I'm therefore interested in a part-time or full-time assignment at present.
My previous assignments include Senior Accountant at Hounslow Homes heading up the accountancy service for the DLO, Senior Finance Analyst at AmicusHorizon Housing Association and interim Finance Director at West London YMCA.
I spent a year, previous to AmicusHorizon as Interim Finance Director at West London YMCA in Ealing, London. Joining them at a challenging time with cuts in Supporting People grant. I helped them to face the future with confidence including creating their long term financial plan, and carrying out their conversion to component accounting.
I was for 5 years Finance Director of a Housing Society in Bristol and have over 15 years senior management experience in the Social Housing Sector. Most recently I have worked as an Interim Finance Contractor and Freelance Consultant specialising in Value For Money and Service Charge projects.
I am available for Interim Finance Director/Head of Finance Roles as well as any financial projects including my specialities described below.

Introducing Service Charges? De-pooling service charges from rents is an important part of Value for Money as well as boosting rent receipts. I have lead a number of projects to introduce Service Charges. Calculating the charges, consulting with tenants and ensuring compliance with CLARA 2002.
